Why it exists

BatchFlow grew out of a production app built for, and used every day on, a GMP food production floor: batch records signed on a tablet, before-start cleaning and scale checks, in-process checks, lot trace and recall, quarantine and supplier approval.

Small manufacturers usually run that work on paper batch records, an inventory tool that knows nothing about GMP, and a separate quality system. BatchFlow puts it in one place, from the scale to the invoice, with electronic signatures and an audit trail that are part of the system rather than added on.

Who it's for

Supplement and food manufacturers with roughly 5 to 50 people, making their own brands or for other brands, who sell to retailers, distributors, Amazon and their own website.
