Questions
- Who counts as a person who signs in?
- Anyone with a login or an invitation. People on the floor who only sign their steps with initials and a PIN don't count, and neither do API keys and integrations.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. Try the demo to click around a made-up supplement maker with no account. A new company of your own starts with a 30-day trial of everything, for up to 10 people.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes: the owner picks or changes the plan in Settings > Billing whenever the team grows.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe: monthly, or yearly with months free.
- What does onboarding include?
- We import your items, suppliers, customers and opening stock, build your first master manufacturing records with you, and train your team. You can also set up on your own at no charge.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are paid up front.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your company becomes read-only. You can still see and export every record, including batch records and the audit trail. We never delete your records because a payment failed.
- Does using BatchFlow make us compliant?
- BatchFlow is designed to support 21 CFR Parts 111, 117 and 11, and includes IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and a Part 11 traceability matrix you can print and sign. Your company is still responsible for validating it for your use and following your own procedures.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes, any time: the owner downloads everything in one file (Settings > Your data), every main list exports as a spreadsheet, and the API reads the rest.
